注：agree 是“同意”的意思，一般指同级的人或机构之间经过讨论协商取得一致的意见，approve 是权力机关对某项计划、措施、行动、方法等的“批准”、“同意”。也可表示上级对下级、长辈对小辈之间的“同意”。
