南非冷知识：南非国宝茶路易波士茶

你有没有喝过南非的路易波士茶 Rooibos tea ？现在这种茶在中国越来越容易买到了，不少奶茶店和咖啡店也开始供应。

它也被称作“南非国宝茶”，因为这种茶树只生长在南非的开普省。

它有一个神奇的特点，那就是不含咖啡因，即使大晚上喝也不会睡不着。

Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free and is only found in the Cederberg, Western Cape. The name Rooibos means 'red bush'. The tea has been popular in Southern Africa for generations, but is now consumed in many countries worldwide. The tea has a taste and color somewhat similar to hibiscus tea, with more or less of an earthy flavor like yerba mate.

路易波士茶生来就不含咖啡因，而且只有西开普省塞德堡有这种茶。Rooibos的意思是“红灌木”。这种茶在非洲南部一直很受欢迎，不过如今全球多个国家的人民都在饮用这种茶。这种茶的味道和颜色都有点像木槿花茶，而且就像巴拉圭茶一样或多或少有点泥土味。
