Mezze is not a single item; rather, it’s a collection of small plates of different foods. Hot, cold, meats, veggies – you name it, it’s served as mezze! It’s essentially the appetizer course, and, depending on the restaurant, is offered on a large tray where you can select each plate that looks appetizing. It’s an excellent way to sample a variety of dishes such as spreads, stuffed grape leaves, and so much more.
Mezze不是一种食物，而是不同食物的拼盘。热的、冷的、肉类、蔬菜，你能想到的，都可以作为mezze！它本质上是一道开胃菜，在不同的餐馆里，你可以选择每一种看起来很开胃的食品并放在一个大托盘上。这是品尝各种菜肴的好方法，比如酱汁、酿葡萄叶等等。
