土耳其炒蛋 menemen 是一种很豪华的炒蛋，里面要放很多蔬菜、肉类、调料。

与其说是炒蛋，他们更像是把鸡蛋当成印度咖喱来做，这些鸡蛋不是完全凝固的，吃法也经常和印度咖喱一样，是用面包抹着吃。

Menemen A.k.a. super fancy scrambled eggs.  It includes just-barely-set eggs, tomatoes, peppers, spices, and sometimes meat and/or onions.  It’s meant to be quite runny, like the Turkish version of shaksouka, and you eat it for breakfast with bread to sop up the delicious liquid.
