《怪奇物语》S2E9追剧笔记

《怪奇物语》第二季第九集主要讲述了十一和朋友们开始商量打败暗影魔怪的对策。他们想起威尔说过，它不喜欢热，便突然恍然大悟，发现大家一直把威尔放在阴冷的环境中，其实是帮助了暗影魔怪。

大伙儿商量好后，便决定兵分三路。十一看着入口和入口另一边的怪物身影，开始施展异能。尽管施展的过程差点不敌异世界的魔能，但她想起自己姐妹说过的要诀，很快便掌握了施展强大异能的方法。十一关闭了入口，魔狗们瞬间成为了尸体。

世界似乎恢复了平静，入口也关闭了，但异世界依旧存在。暗影魔怪正在异世界蠢蠢欲动，等待复仇的机会……

1、bottom line

短语：

bottom line的意思是要旨；基本论点；底线。英文释义是the most important thing that you have to consider or accept; the essential point in a discussion, etc.

例句：

The bottom line is that it did not get the best out of everybody.

2、ring a bell

短语：

ring a bell它的简单含义是“响铃，（使）发出钟声”，它的另一个意思是指“（某事物）听起来耳熟”。If something rings a bell, it means it sounds familiar to you, as though you have heard it before.

例句：

His name rings a bell but I can't think where we met.

3、on the bench

短语：

on the bench 意思是球类比赛的 “坐板凳 (替补席)” 或法律的 “担任法官”。如果是前者，可以用 I will be ready to be replaced as an alternate (随时准备替补上场) 回答；如果是后者，可以用 I will deal out justice (公正执法)。
